Canadian Actors are male actors from Canada, period. As with European nations like the United Kingdom without prefixes for minorities, Canadian actors of color carry the category of their heritage as well. There are cases where an actor is born in Canada and grows up to go work in Hollywood and sometimes makes the United States his home and even marry and raise American children, in this case, you can call them Canadian-Americans but not us, we still enter them as Canadian Actos here. Also, there are cases where an American star comes to Vancouver or Ontario and makes this place their home and even get Canadian citizenship. In this case, we refer to this actor as Canadian. It doesn’t make sense referring to Canadian-Americans and American-Canadians all as Canadians, but it is what it is.
