Brunette Actresses are the opposite of Blonde Actresses but not exactly so. As you may already have noticed from reading other categories intros or from just scanning down the category list, there is no American Actors or Actresses category. If you are American, you are either blonde, brunette or redheaded. We are petty like that. But in the case of Blonde, anyone who is blonde irrespective of color is listed as a Blonde Actress, but not so with the brunette. If you are brunette and British or Canadian, you are only referred to as A British or Canadian Actress. Brunette is strictly for Americans – White Female Americans.
