Julia Jones’ career began in 2013. She was a model and this career was the first stint with show business, since age 8 where she had appeared in a couple of local commercials and, as she grew up, modeled for a handful of popular brands including Gap Inc. and Levi Strauss & Co. Her first set of movies are independent obscure movies up to 2008 when she featured in “Hell Ride” Quentin Tarantino movie that bombed so hard in the box office it couldn’t even make one million dollars.

Then in 2010, 2011, and 2012, she appeared in “The Twilight Saga” which was based on the novels by Stephenie Meyer and in which she played the role of Leah Clearwater who turns to a wolf at will. She has been in a handful of TV shows the most extended role being as a recurring part of the cast of the second season of “Westword” the HBO science fiction series. There were those four episodes of the medical drama series “ER” on NBC from 2012.

With less than thirty movies and fewer blockbusting performances, now pushing forty, Jones is a position where many actors will begin to worry about ever breaking the Hollywood ceiling.

Of recent, either by a stroke of a series of bad lucks or sheer journalistic laziness, we have been writing a lot about stars whose romantic life we just can’t get a hold of. Julia Jones is refreshingly different. She has dated and dated. Her first date was Josh Radnor the actor from “How I Met Your Mother”. They dated from around 2010 to 2012.
