Zoe has gone on to play roles in other films. Her best-known act in a film is the movie “Dungeons & Dragons” the science fiction from the year 2000.

Zoe McLellan’s career benefitted a lot from her supposed alliance with the legendary filmmaker and screenwriter Donald P. Bellisario. Most of her biggest roles on TV were on series Mr. Belliario created, produced and/or partly wrote. She has been in Hollywood for three decades and in each of these, she was on a major drama. Her most prominent act in Hollywood was on “JAG” the legal thriller Bellisario created in 1995.
Zoe joined the series in season 7, in 2001, in a recurring capacity as the Petty Officer Jennifer Coates a woman who comes to work with a heavy baggage one of which was a bad father who abused her physically. Working for JAG which means judge advocate general, she made a series of mistakes one of which saw her on the hot seat of a court-martial. Zoe continued her recurring role in seasons eight and nine before rounding up with the show in season ten as a member of the main cast.
Her other Bellisario drama is “NCIS: New Orleans” on ABC where she played a main role in seasons one and two of the military cum police procedural series on CBS.
She got married this year, birthed a son the next, and divorced the year after
Zoe McLellan got married to J. P. Gillain the German-born son of an American army officer. He is an actor who is best known for not having a best-known credit. J. P. Gillain and Zoe got married in 2012. The following year, the new couple was blessed with a child. In 2014, the marriage hit a rock and the couple separated rounding up a one-year one-major-issue marriage circle.
Although their divorce was not finalized until 2016.
