There are cases where an actor is born in Canada and grows up to go work in Hollywood and sometimes makes the United States her home and even marries an American and raise American children, in this case, you can call her a Canadian-American but not us, we still enter her here as Canadian Actresses. Also, there are cases where an American star comes to Vancouver or Ontario and makes this place her home and even get Canadian citizenship.
