Black Male Actors is a category we use for Actors from Europe and North America whose parents initially came from Sub-Sahara Africa (drop the code, we mean from black-skinned Africa which means stars such as Mena Massoud who was born in Egypt do not qualify). We have Nigerian Actors, South African, and Celebrities from Africa categories. In Africa, color is not the issue, ethnicity and nationality are. So we keep Africans out of this.
Black Male Actors usually have dual categories, this and the name of their country. So we have someone like Richard Ayoade bearing British and Black Actors markings. But in the case where the actor is from the United States of America (and there are many of them), they only carry the category of Black Male Actors.
