Tila Tequila is an American television and social media personality, who gained recognition for her active presence on social networking websites. Tila Tequila was born on October 24, 1981, and she is age 40.

Tila Tequila was born with the birth name Thien Thanh Nguyen, Tila Tequila was the last of the three kids, she was born in Singapore to Vietnamese parents, who arrived in Singapore from Vietnam after the Vietnam War. On how she got the nickname “Tila Tequila”, Nguyen said the name was given to her by friends due to her apparent allergy to alcohol.

Tila Tequila’s path into her career started back her she was young, after leaving Texas for California, she was offered a chance to model nude for a magazine after being discovered at the Sharpstown Mall by a Playboy scout.

Tila Tequila’s modeling took another step when she was featured in the “Import Racing Scene” which was a subculture of modifying cars mostly Japanese-import cars. She featured on the cover of Import Tuner magazine, at car shows such as Hot Import Nights, and also in the video game Street Racing Syndicate.

Apart from modeling, Tila Tequila is credited for roles in a couple of movies such as, “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry”, an American buddy comedy film directed by Dennis Dugan. Tila Tequila portrayed the character of a Hooters girls, alongside stars like Adam Sandler and Kevin James who portrayed the characters Chuck and Larry, the two were New York City firefighters who pretend to be a gay couple in order to ensure one of their children can receive healthcare but things turned bad when verification was needed.

Tila Tequila was also featured in the film “Masterminds” about a theft that went south, she got to play the character “Monae” Rocket’s girlfriend who double-crossed him after using her as bait to target criminals in his nightclub for theft.

Aside from her acting and being a model celebrity, Tila Tequila is also a singer releasing tracks like “I Love U”, “Stripper Friends” and “I love my DJ”, unfortunately, none of the tracks was able to make it to the top chart. Tila Tequila was once a contestant in the reality series “Celebrity Big Brother” but was ejected from the house after just a day, after a controversial statement she made about the anti-Semitism and her praise for Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.

Tila Tequila’s relationship can be said to be complicated, one can’t tell if she is lesbian or not. She once stated that she was engaged to heiress Casey Johnson the daughter of Woody Johnson, and was photographed with a diamond ring back in 2009.

A few years later, Tequila began dating musician Thomas Paxton Whitaker, the two have a daughter together named daughter Isabella Nguyen-Whitaker. Thomas Paxton Whitaker born July 25, 1971 (50 years) is an American rapper, songwriter and musician known by his stage name Rook. Thomas was born in Carrollton, Georgia, United States.

Their relationship ended after Whitaker started experiencing financial problems.
