Australian Actors
Tabrett Bethell

I was writing my final exams in college when the first episode of “Legend of the Seeker” premiered. The series kept me busy after my exams and sometimes I feel nostalgic about it. However, when Tabrett Bethell appeared at the end of season one as Cara Mason, fans didn’t anticipate she would be a regular in season two until the show was canceled in 2010, an unforgivable decision made by the producers and network providers.

We have highlighted five things you should know about Tabrett Bethell below.

1. Tabrett Bethell is named after a street in Sydney

There is a street called Tabrett in Sydney. No, the street was not named after her but she was named after the street. The actress revealed that her parents were decisive as to the name she would be given. Her mother wanted to name her “Siobhan,” and her father wanted “Murray”. These two names didn’t sit well with the couples so her father decided to take a ride around town to clear his head and drove past a street called “Tabrett” which means celebration.
