Miguel A. Núñez Jr. born in New York, New York, United States, was born on 11 August 1964 and he is 57 years old. Núñez is of African American and Dominican descent and was mostly raised by his grandparents in Wilson, North Carolina United States.

Miguel Núñez has been around the film industry for quite some time now, making his acting debut at a very young age. During his early career, Núñez got to play the role of “Demon Winter” in the film “Friday the 13th: A New Beginning” an American psychological slasher film and was directed by Danny Stein.

Also that period, Núñez was cast to play the supporting role of Spider in “The Return of the Living Dead” an American comedy horror film that was Núñez’s first major screen role, the film was written and directed by Dan O’Bannon.

Years after his debut, Núñez got his first major starring role in the CBS series “Tour of Duty” an American military drama television series that was based on events in the Vietnam War. The series ran for three seasons which 58 episodes from 1987 to 1990. Núñez got to play the role of Marcus Taylor where he was a main cast member for all three seasons of the show.

A year later, Núñez was among the main cast of the television series “Tarzan” an American adventure-drama television series that premiered on The WB back in 2003, Núñez got to play the role of Detective Sam Sullivan.

Altercation With The Law

During the coronavirus pandemic, it was reported that the actor was arrested for shoplifting after he left a grocery store with some items without paying.

The incident happened when Núñez left the grocery store without paying and a few days later he returned to the same store but he wasn’t allowed inside and cops were called. He was placed under citizen’s arrest, and when cops showed up, they cited him for misdemeanor shoplifting and eventually was sent on his way.

However, Núñez says he didn’t steal the items, he said that he was in a long line to check out and he got tired of waiting and left with his items, but intended to return another day to pay.
