On the film aspect, Lili began in 1988 when she played a small role in the film “She’s Having a Baby”. It wasn’t long after this, still in 1988, that her fame came. She played the role of Jojo Barbosa in the coming of age film “Mystic Pizza”. In 1991, she was part of “Dogfight” a film set in the time of the Vietnam war. Lili Taylor is a married woman. She got married to Nick Flynn, the author, playwright, and poet. Nick had a pretty tough childhood. His father abandoned the boy and his mother and the woman struggled to raise him alone. Because his father identified as a writer, Nick hated writing despite his talents and spent a long time as an electrician just so as to escape the “stigma” of writing. When he was 22, his mother and only known family member committed suicide.

Today, Nick Flynn is most known for the memoir “Another Bullshit Night in Suck City” in which he described the reunion with his estranged father.

Lili and Nick have been dating for long before she gave birth to their daughter in 2008. The couple made things official and tied the knot in 2009. The actor and performer Jonah Triebwasser officiated the wedding. The name of their only child is Maeve Taylor-Flynn.

Before she got married to Flynn, before she even met him, Lili was in a relationship with the actor and comedian Michael Rapaport. You should know him. He was on “Justified”, “Friends” and “Prison Break”. When their relationship ended, she told him to stay away; he refused: he followed her, he called her dozens of times, and banged at her window. So she reported to the police.

Rapaport pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment and was ordered to stay away from her and to undergo one year of counseling. Rapaport went on to marry writer and producer Nichole Beattie in 2000. They divorced in 2007 after two kids. He remarried in 2016.
