Amanda’s physique often makes people think she’s more of a UFC fighter or a quarterback for one of the NFL teams. That’s incorrect because she doesn’t involve anyone getting hurt, directly or indirectly. However, her father, Bill Belichick, is a professional football coach and manager of the New England Patriots. If you think that has anything to do with her hefty body, well, it’s just a thought.

Belichick is a popular name in the sports world but Amanda is paving her part by making a name for herself as an American Lacrosse coach. Here are all the facts you need to know.

How old is Amanda Belichick?

Amanda Belichick was born in Weston, Massachusetts, USA, to Bill and Debby Clarke Belichick. Amanda’s family isn’t a large one. She has two young brothers – Stephen C. Belichick and Brian Belichick, who both work with their father at New England Patriots safeties coach and assistant coach respectively.

Amanda’s parents divorced in 2006 and her father is rumored to be married to Linda Holliday whom he has been seeing since 2007.

Amanda was born in 1984 and is 37 years old.

Amanda played lacrosse at college

There are no records of the super coach before college but it is assumed she played one or more sports while in high school.

Amanda graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in history. Like her father, she played Lacrosse for her college team. She was later made the team captain during her senior year. Amanda’s college career record was a total of 47 goals and 25 assists.

Amanda succeeded her college coach

After she graduated from college, Amanda worked for marketing and advertising companies. She had no intention then of becoming a coach like her father even though her college Coach, Wheeler, urged her to take on a full-time coaching job. She was an assistant coach to Massachusetts Amherst University and Ohio State Buckeyes.

In 2014, Amanda was called to replace her former coach after her resignation. Her skills improved the computer ranking of her team, the Cardinals.

Amanda has coached several elite players

Her stats after coaching the Ohio State Buckeyes for a few seasons, where she helped the team rank top 20 and in top 10 on two occasions, brought her the golden opportunity. Amadan was hired to work as the head coach of Women’s lacrosse, Holy Cross.

She has been working with Holy Cross since 2015 and has successfully helped Holy Cross to reach their 1st playoffs in Patriot League.

Over the years, Amanda Belichick has coached elite players like Keely Connors, Anna Johnson, Tess Mackay, and Alayna Markwardt.

Amanda is a mother

Weekapaug Inn’ in Rhode Island will remember the overwhelming party on July 8 2017 as the day Amanda tied the knot with Antonio DeSantis in the presence of family and friends. They had met online in 2014 and were engaged for two years before finally exchanging vows.

A.J DeSantis as he is popularly known owns an art studio in Attleboro Ma and is also a woodworker who designs art pieces, furniture, and several creative items.

Amanda and Anthony have a daughter named Jaycee DeSantis. Jaycee was born in 2018. The DeSantis reside in Massachusetts.
